Unworn items in their original condition can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund of the item price.
Start the return by calling (972) 895-4396 or writing hello@trendellellc.com with your order number. We will send the return address and the next step.
Shipping fees are refunded only when the return is due to our error. After we receive and check the piece, the refund goes back to the original payment method.
Worn, washed, or altered items are not returnable. Sunglasses, belts, and wallets must come back unused, with any tags or pouches they shipped with.
